We implemented a great new tool today on our lawyer marketing site called UserVoice. It allows us to get feedback on our service and website instantly. Users click a feedback button and the service captures their suggestions and ideas in a forum. It even allows them to vote on their favorite ones so that the cream rises to the top. We can respond to their suggestions and learn how to better our service and our site. There is a free version of the product and you can pay for advanced versions with additional features.
The beauty of the web is that is allows for instant feedback and communication with your clients. There is direct access to distribute your content and you can learn what is working and what isn’t.
