Congratulations to the Hawaii injury law firm of Davis Levin Livingston on their recent website updates. The firm is a recognized leader in complex litigation. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, the site does a professional job of demonstrating the firm’s expertise, professional recognition, and reputation. It also provides many avenues for interaction.
I would expect this site to perform well in terms of attracting new visitors, as well as, converting them into new potential client inquiries.

The flash is nice and pleasing as stated, but the direction and navigation does not become clear to a prospect coming to the website. Yes they do a great job of establishing their crediability but there is no clear call to action once a visitor finds them.
Yes, a search result will bring them to their site, but once the prospect is there, they need to be guided.
Just adding my thoughts!
