Mainstream Legal Catching Up On Necessity Of Web Presence

by Jeff Berman on November 17, 2009

Great article from Zack Needles on Law.com:

A panel of attorneys at the American Bar Association’s Law Firm Marketing Strategies Conference in Philadelphia on Thursday did not tiptoe around their overall message: Small and midsize law firms in 2009 need to market themselves on the Internet.

In fact, the panel said, the ones that don’t are woefully behind the times and risk losing credibility.

Looks like the mainstream legal industry is starting to “catch-up”. Once lawyers start realizing the necessity of an online presence, the next step is to realize that taking full-advantage of the web requires the help of law firm web marketing professionals.
