One of the biggest mistakes lawyers make with their marketing is a failure to measure the results. This is especially true on the web. With a free program such as Google Analytics, you can understand how visitors are interacting with your website, where they are coming from, what they are searching for to get there, how many leads your site is generating, and more.

As I mentioned above, if you don’t currently have an anlaytics solution for your law firm website, you should start out with Google Analytics. By taking the time to understand what the data means and what reports are useful, you can learn how to use the data to get your site to produce more clients. Without understanding how to use the tool, you will simply be looking at some fancy charts.
